This qualification will provide New Zealand workplaces with people who can manage teams effectively to achieve organisational goals when employed in first line management roles in a bi-and multi-cultural environment.
New Zealand Certificate in Business (First Line Management) (Level 4)
Graduates will be able to:

Manage work flows in an operational context to achieve team objectives.
